Project Narrative:
Rethink Mental Illness approached Kinver Business Solutions Ltd to assist with their asset management processes. Having initially benchmarked what information the charity has in place we are embarking on a detailed survey process which will cover all locations across the county that they are operate out of generating a detailed investment programme, identifying and profiling any necessary property compliance works.
Working to enhance the internal knowledge the project will see Rethink receive detailed future surveys templates, an understanding of where risks may exist and plans and programmes for the effective management of these.
