Project Narrative:
The land around Chester Farm, Wellingborough is one of only a few that can evidence over 10,000 of human habitation. Lately used as a commercial farm, Northamptonshire County Council are overseeing the transformational project to open this unique heritage attraction to the general public.
Originally funded in 2016, the project has progressed and Kinver Business Solutions Ltd have been brought in by the County Council to oversee the completion of the project and it’s opening to the general public.
Specifically overseeing the procurement of contractors and managing the design team we are leading the exciting project through to completion in 2020.
Working closely with senior officers and elected members of Northamptonshire County Council we are also leading on the funding relationship with the Heritage Fund.
Kinver Business Solutions Ltd were responsible for contacting all existing landlords, renegotiating leases and completing necessary property inspections including Housing Health & Rating System (HHSRS) inspections.
