Project Narrative:
The Heath Town former swimming baths & library has been empty since Wolverhampton City Council relocated the services to a more modern facility. Falling into decay the building and land has failed to attract any previous commercial interest.
Kinver Business Solutions Ltd are working with the private developer who has been given the ‘Agreement to Lease’ for the building and we are leading on the project development which will see this once prestigious facility brought back into use as a multi purpose community and commercial venue.
Boasting original concrete arches the main swimming pool area will be turned into a meeting, conference and wedding venue. Other areas of the building will be set aside for community use.
