Project Narrative:
In addition to the 50 Homes Purchase Scheme Peterborough City Council committed to take on a number of domestic properties via lease to reduce the recorded numbers of homelessness across the city region. Following on from the successful completion of the original appointment Kinver Business Solutions Ltd were retained to complete this additional engagement.
Kinver Business Solutions Ltd were responsible for contacting all existing landlords, renegotiating leases and completing necessary property inspections including Housing Health & Rating System (HHSRS) inspections.
