Project Narrative:
One of Ashfield District Council’s Future High Street Funded projects, this project will see the refurbishment and extension of the Sutton Community Academy (SCA) Theatre space and associated accommodation to enhance the theatre offering for the academy and the wider community. The extension will enable the Community Theatre to have a dedicated box office, café/bar and reception area whilst making the necessary improvements to the theatre, the external surroundings, accessibility, and public realm.
We are carrying out specialist project management services and more specifically overseeing the procurement of contractors and managing the design team on behalf of Ashfield District Council. We are leading this exciting project through to completion anticipated in 2023.
