He possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate concisely at all levels. Darowen enjoys managing, motivating, training and developing a successful and productive team and thrives in highly pressurised and challenging working environments.
Natasha Jones – Director
Natasha is an experienced Facilities Manager, following a successful career managing non-clinical areas of Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Since the development of Kinver Business Solutions, she has applied her skills coordinating and administering projects, and is now responsible for finance within the business and always on hand to support with client and supplier conversations.
Katie Mills – Principal Consultant
Katie is a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in the management and delivery of Regeneration projects. A graduate in Architectural Technology and subsequently a postgraduate in Building Surveying with a career working predominately within multidisciplinary Regeneration, Enterprise, Planning departments and consultancy firms. She has a strong team player ethos and with a positive, dedicated and motivated mind set, has developed excellent communication, management and organisation skills throughout her career. Katie is driven and determined to ensure we always go that extra mile.
Helena Hansen-Fure – Senior Project Manager
Helena is an experienced Programme/Project Manager who enjoys delivering a project on time and in budget. She has broad experience in the Public sector and also in manufacturing, supply, marketing and sales, and holds a Level 5 Diploma for Leaders and Managers. Helena is highly efficient at fulfilling our customers’ requirements, identifying potential problems and pragmatic solutions while considering time, cost, quality, revenue and risk. Both a decision maker and team player, Helena inspires confidence and respect by listening, analysing and addressing issues objectively and decisively, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy throughout.
Matt Fletcher – Senior Consultant
Matt is a highly experienced and passionate team player, with an extensive senior management, public sector background. His expertise is broad ranging, with a strategic and operational focus in the fields of economic development, regeneration, town centres and place management.
Matt prides himself on his relationship skills and his ability to communicate contentious and complex subject matters to wide audiences and stakeholder groups in a clear and concise manner. He is adept at commercial focused business plans, options appraisals with a comprehensive understanding of public procurement processes and systems.
Vikki Russell – PA/Administrator
Vikki has a wealth of experience gained within both the Public and Private sectors, having held previous roles of Board Executive Assistant and Office Manager. She has had exposure to multiple industries and numerous government bodies, gaining a solid background in providing robust support, while working proactively and collaboratively to deliver key objectives on time and to a high standard. Vikki’s core strengths are diligence, time management, multiple workstream coordination, and dedication to relationship building based on mutual respect and consideration.
