Darowen Jones – Managing Director

Darowen is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with extensive experience in Operational Management, Business Planning and Project Management within the Heritage and Charity sectors. A member of the Association of Project Management, Darowen combines a strong background in generic management with proven skills in strategic thinking and a logical and analytical approach to problem solving.

His passion is for delivering quality service standards to customers whilst ensuring the achievement of stringent targets including, cost, quality and time. He possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate concisely at all levels. Darowen enjoys managing, motivating, training and developing a successful and productive team and thrives in highly pressurised and challenging working environments.


Katie Mills – Senior Project Manager

Katie is a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in the management and delivery of regeneration projects. A graduate in Architectural Technology and subsequently a post graduate in Building Surveying with career of working predominately within multidisciplinary Regeneration, Enterprise and Planning departments and consultancy firms.

Katie has a strong team player ethos and with a positive, dedicated and motivated mind set has developed excellent communication, management and organisation skills throughout her career, she is driven and determined to go ensure we always go that extra mile.


Natasha Jones – Director

Natasha is a Facilities Management specialist and was instrumental in taking the business to the then next level in 2019. She is a strong team player and is experienced in project administration, support and coordination. Natasha gained the majority of her experience overseeing the management of commercial and residential units at Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

Since the development of Kinver Business Solutions she has applied her skills coordinating and administering projects ensuring that they run effectively and meet necessary outputs including time and cost adherence.
