Project Narrative:

Like most registered landlords and local authorities, Oxford City Council are undertaking a strategic review of its housing portfolio to gain a greater understanding of the performance of the assets and to ensure that key investment decisions are taken wisely, in an informed manner and benefits the council tenants in the long term.

We are retained by Oxford City Council to act as their specialist consultant project managers overseeing the process and liaising with key external stakeholders in addition to all parts of the local authority, including the housing teams.

We are responsible for ensuring the project is delivered within the applicable cost and time parameters as well as outlining how best the outputs are considered by the council and agreeing next steps.
